He has more than 10 years working with Multi National Company. He was appointed as Safety Engineer/Officer for various multinational companies prior to join MSTC Sdn Bhd as a Consultant.
Suhaimi are specializes in Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System. He was conducting a large number consultation and Training of Integrated Management System in QES for companies in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philipines as well as Indonesia. The companies that have been trained and audited by him including PT Indorama, Indonesia; PT Sony Indonesia; Jebsen & Jessen, Indonesia; Thai Polyacetyl Co. Ltd, Thailand; Rockworth Public. Co, Thailand; Thai Carbon Black Co. Ltd, Thailand; Thainoox Steel Co. Khairuddin Ismail had more than 10 years hands on experience in conducting Parenting and Student Training & motivation; Teambuilding and leadership program.
He has more than 10 years experience as a Teacher and Governments Teachers Training College (Maktab Perguruan).
He was President for USM Student Representative Council. During that time he was directed and managed more that 10 program such as student motivation, baktisiswa, smart learning campaign and etc.
Khairuddin is specialising in Smart Learning, Time Management, Motivation Training for student & parent as well as Team Building & Leadership training.
